What we accomplished/
We built an interactive experience to help reps educate customers and complete sales.
Studying the problem at the source.
After spending time with the sales team, we listened to their needs and learned their processes. We worked hand-in-hand with them to build an interactive tool that contained everything they needed in one compact package that also attracted the customer’s attention.
Creating the solution
Each iPad tablet contained not only comprehensive sales data and an interactive demo, but allowed Accera to push updated content and monitor how reps used the sales aid. This allowed for data analysis, continuous improvement and maximum flexibility.
The demo is completely customizable in real time. Reps were able to navigate their pitch and adapt it to the customer and the circumstances.
Meetings could be closed with an electronic signature and email confirmation directly from the app. No internet signal? No problem. The app stores data until signal is available.

As part of a connected trade show exhibit, we also included an interactive game that focused on key elements of the product during interactive game play.
